FFL teacher training course - Alliance Française Bordeaux

Course objective:

Improve your teaching practices with our course designed for teachers of French as a Foreign Language.

Would you like to give your French as a foreign language classes a boost and optimize your teaching methods? Our FFL teaching internship in Bordeaux provides you with the keys to creating lively and motivating lessons.

This training will enable you to:

📝 Designing teaching sequences based on authentic documents

🎯 Apply the action-oriented approach to engage your students

📚 Refresh your knowledge of teaching French as a foreign language

🔍 Analyze and enhance your tools using concrete and inspiring examples

Through practical activities, the use of real-life materials, classroom observations, and innovative tools, you will master the steps of a teaching unit to guide your students from understanding documents to successful production.

Audience

Teachers of French as a foreign language in middle school, high school, or higher education
Teachers who are new to the profession or wish to update their skills

Course organization

Our course for teachers is flexible:

One- or two-week internship (package A, package B, or packages A and B) in the summer

Cultural activities: on-site registration available for activities offered by the Alliance
Combined internship: possibility to supplement with our intensive French course (level B2 or C1)
Customized training: à la carte FLE teacher training on other dates, for groups of 8 or more participants - Contact us at cours@alliance-bordeaux.org.

Each course has a maximum of 10 to 16 participants
European teachers are eligible for an ERASMUS+ grant. OID code: E10060543
Italian teachers can use the Carta del Docente to fund their training.
A training certificate is issued at the end of the course.
