Enrolment for tuition at the School and the administrative procedures for a stay in France are subject to simple but precise rules which must be adhered to correctly and on time in order to ensure that your time in Bordeaux goes as smoothly as possible.
1 • Complete the enrolment form
2 • Send it by internet, by post or fax (+ 33 5 56 00 56 10)
3 • Agree to our terms and conditions (click here)
4 • For confirmation of your enrolment, you will be asked to forward the payment for the course you have chosen :
This payment includes :
a - the price of course chosen for the given stay (full payment on arrival for extended courses.).
b - enrolment fees : 50 €
c - in addition, on arrival :
> purchase of the text book and the exercise books (about 25 euros at Librairie Mollat)
d - in addition, if applicable :
> The bank transfer charges : 18 € (if you pay by bank transfer and if you live out of the European Community).
> Administrative costs for booking your accommodation in a host family or a hostel : 40 €
5 • On receipt of your forms, the Alliance will send you a proof of enrolment for your visa process.
6 • If you have chosen to stay with a family, mention on the form, the type of accommodation you require (own bedroom, bedroom with breakfast, half board).
7 • Level test. You will be sent a written test to complete and to return within two days.
You have the following choices to pay for your course :
a - Payment on line
b - by cheque, EURO cheque, Travellers cheque, made payable to the Alliance Française de Bordeaux.
